DRAGON BREATH

“Dragon Breath” is an animated loop of a frustrated dragon who, after his attempt in lighting a candle, keeps extinguishing it as he flies away.

This was the second element of my final year project and was a constructed to challenge my creature animation but also experiment with new elements in post production.  together to create a seamless bridge between art and reality.  personalities and attitudes through fluid and exaggerated animal animation. While giving myself an opportunity to animate some of my favourite creatures, my greatest task was to test my VFX and compositing abilities using light, shadows, water, fire, smoke effects and matte painting.
